Selvora is a small team. We read every email by hand, and we try to reply thoughtfully.
If a result lands too certain, a Korean sentence reads awkwardly, or a quiz misses something from real life, please just tell us. We're a small content space, not a big support desk, so a specific reader note is usually the best clue we have for the next revision.

How we handle messages
Selvora is a small entertainment and self-reflection site, so replies stay inside that scope. We can't stand in for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or counseling advice.

- โขMessages are used only to answer the inquiry and improve the site โ we don't publish reader emails as testimonials.
- โขIf a correction lands, we update the page through our normal editorial flow. We don't invent fake update dates or fake external credentials.
What happens after a correction request
When a correction request comes in, we open the exact URL first and split the issue: is it the content itself, metadata, a link, an accessibility problem? Pure typos get fixed right away. Wording that affects interpretation or safety gets reviewed against its result page and guide context. Even when we decide not to change a sentence, the spot where you got confused is gold โ we carry it into the next editorial pass.
